Belarus law-enforcers to sell socks and sausages to their foreign colleagues

Law-enforcement and security agencies in Belarus -- Interior, KGB, Emergecies Ministry, Defense Ministry, Border Control Committee, Customs Committee and Justice Ministry -- in August received recommendations from the government to sell batches of Belarus-made goods to their counterparts abroad in order "to form a state reserve".
Judging by the document, custom officials should try sell their foreign colleagues 700 tons of red beats and carrots, 200 tons of sausages, 50,000 pieces of men's underwear, 15,000 pairs of rubber boots, etc..

KGB is faced with a more modest recommendation. They have to sell underwear, socks and rubber boots five time less.

The greatest hopes are put on the defense ministry which is expected to sell furniture worth $23 million, 11,5 thousand tons of cheese and cottage cheese, 2.15 thousand tons of sausages, reports Komsomolskaya Pravda v Belarusi newspaper.
