Belarus' exiled students to found a union
The Belarusian students that continue their education abroad are expected to found their union, reports Belapan.
The presentation of the project took place in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius during the meeting of exiled students from Belarus. The meeting was attended by around 50 participants, the young men and women who were evicted from Belarusian universities on political motives and now study at universities in Lithuania, Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Ukraine and Switzerland.
The students are now in the process of drafting the statutes of their organization. The union is planned to be officially founded at the next meeting of students.
