Belarus to create housing for utilities debtors
Belarus's Housing Minister Uladzimir Belakhvostau said that the government plans to create a housing fund for those who are evicted for not paying their utilities bills.
A draft housing code to be reviewed by the parliament during the spring session envisages eviction of utiltities debtors, shifting them to a low-comfort housing.
