Accused of "mass disturbances" appeal to General public prosecutor's office

"We, the accused of the so-called "mass disturbances of December 19, 2010", who came through imprisonement in the KGB detention center, demand to stop this travesty of justice and permissiveness of "people with shoulder straps", which is taking place in the country today, and in the KGB prison in particular", -  stated in the appeal.


The appeal has been signed by Siarhej Vazniak, Andrej Dzmitryeu, Uladzimir Kobets, Aleh Korban, Anastasia Palazhanka, Natallia Radzina, Vital Rymasheuski.


The authors of the appeal demand the following:

-to conduct an independent - with participation of international experts - investigation of the facts of violence, brutal treatment and tortures against the December 19 detainees.

-to conduct an urgent checking of confinement conditions in the KGB detention center of presidential candidates and members of their teams, as well as the KGB's methods of investigation.

- to release all the prisoners of conscience, political prisoners, arrested preventively, during the action on December 19 and after its dispersal, and to withdraw all the politically motivated accusations against them, zapraudu.info informs.
