8-year-old Kyiv resident gets a military draft notice (video)

Passport registration officers from the local communal and utility services department are guilty of this curious situation, informs the website podrobnosti.ua. The officers say they indicated the year of birth as 1995 instead of 2005, by mistake. They say they have already corrected the mistake and informed the military enlistment office.

Still, the military commissar of Kyiv military enlistment office Volodymyr Kidan promised he would take the schoolboy tot he army anyway - for an excursion.
