70 evacuated after false bomb alert at post office in Vitsebsk

70 people were evacuated from a post office in Vitsebsk, after an unknown men called twice on emergency number 101 and said about a bomb, reports Belta.
After the evacuation, a group of demolition experts checked the post office spaces but found no bomb. However, the police arrested the "jester" -- a 22-year-old man with previous convictions.

He was earlier convicted for theft, extortion and false danger alarms. He is facing a new criminal case.
