20 people died in car accidents during past two days in Belarus

20 people died in car accidents over the last two days in Belarus. A baby born in 2007 was among the victims in Valozhyn District.  The Republic Department of the Driving Inspectorate informed ERB about it.
A driving inspector shared his opinion about the reason for such a great number of victims in the country:

“Usually we register one lethal accident per day. There was none once…

The most dangerous days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. People are hurrying somewhere and become inattentive. They do not go anywhere during the week and use the week-end for it. Insecure overtakings lead to many head-on collisions”.

There were no lethal car accidents in Minsk over the last two days.
