13:01 Belavia launches new destinations

The Belarus's national air carrier Belavia is in May to launch three new destinations to Berlin, Prague and St.Petersburg, the company said in a statement for the press.

Besides, Belavia will open an additional daily flight to Moscow's Sheremetievo Airport.

The company stressed that the launch of new destinations has been made possible due to the upgrading of their fleet. All of the new flights will be performed by Canada-made regional jets CRJ-100LR.

The Minsk-Berlin flight will be launched on May 3. The flight will take 2 hours and will be carried out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

The flights to Prague will start on May 15 and will be carried out three times a week.

Belavia will start flying to St. Petersburg three times a week since May 21, reports Interfax.
