Zhyrovichy Academy to move to historical centre of Minsk
A new cultural object will appear in Minsk as part of the reconstruction, restoration and renewal of the historical centre of Minsk started in 2004. Zhyrovichy Academy (lecture rooms and rector’s office) will occupy the Religious Educational Centre.
The centre will move to Trade Street planned to become pedestrian. Almost 35 houses will be built and restored there. Cafés and shops will occupy their overstory.
