Video: Driver puts something into inspector’s folder and leaves
A Minsk blogger (Vasil Tselahreikin) has posted a video showing driving inspectors at work. You can see an inspector talking to the man understood to be a driver and making up a report about violation of road rules. At some moment the driver puts something into the policeman’s folder and leaves. It is not clear where and when the video was recorded. You can see the inscription ‘Minsk’ and ‘808’ on the police car.
