Will the price for Russian gas for Belarus remain below 128 dollars till the end of the year?

The price for Russian gas for Belarus will not go up by more than 7% by the end of 2008. The price set at the beginning of the year was 119 dollars for one thousand cubic metres.
The Russian ambassador to Belarus Alexandr Surikov claimed it. Thus, the price for gas for Belarus should not exceed 128 dollars by the end of the year.
