Will kidnapped Belarusian be used for ritual purposes on May 16?
Iryna resisted terrorists and was wounded in the leg. The European Radio for Belarus has found out the details of the abduction of Iryna Ekpa-Uma.
According to a Nigerian newspaper "This day", the abductors were waiting for Iryna near her house. The Belarusian was coming back home from work with her driver in a Shkoda. Earlier it was said that she was kidnapped when she was walking around the runway of the Nigerian air forces. The abductors said they were waiting for the Belarusian near her house.
Nothing was done to her except for a shot. She was “winged” (the term was used in the newspaper. – ERB) when she tried to resist them. Then the driver was thrown out of the car.
A source in Port-Harkort informed journalists that the local police had information that the terrorists were going to use Iryna during the celebration of the Day of Adaka Bora. She may be used for ritual purposes. The information that the abductors demanded 1.2 million USD from her husband has been confirmed.
According to "This day", Iryna’s husband had managed to disappear before their reporter came to the police office. Nigerian journalists think that it only proved the rumours about possible using of Mr. Ekpa’s wife for ritual purposes.
