Vitsebsk region governor claims opposition candidates have "bad manners"

Aliaksandr Kosinets called on the journalists to support the presidential candidate Aliaksandr Lukashenka, whom he represented. He did it at the press-conference dedicated to Kosinets's two-year service at the position of a regional governor.  Speaking about alternative candidates, Kosinets stated they had "problems with manners and culture". According to Kosinets, even if the candidates think Lukashenka is a bad person, they should respect him as a current President and have no right to criticise him sharply in their pre-electoral speeches.

Kosinets also added that another negative side was that almost none of them had any experience of ruling big manufactures, and none of them had high incomes.
