Unknown people trying to break into Andrej Sharenda's apartment in Brest
Two unknown persons are trying to get into the apartment of Brest democratic activist Andrej Sharenda. The human rights activist Raman Kisliak has informed this to BelaPAN.
According to him, Sharenda's wife called him on the phone at about 9 a.m. on January 10 and said two plain-clothed men started knocking and ringing their doorbell saying they were KGB officers, at about 8.50.
"Andrej Sharenda refused to open the doors until they bring a district police officer, — added the human rights activist. — These people said they would contact him. They were still near the activist's apartment at 10 a.m.".
Andrej Sharenda and his wife are in the apartment now.
