Belarus'
officially-reported unemployment rate inched down by 0.1 percentage point to an
all-time low of 0.8 percent of the work force on November 1, said the Ministry
of Labor and Social Security. The
unemployment rate is reported 1.1 percent in the Brest,
Homyel and Vitsyebsk regions, 1 percent in the Hrodna region and 0.8 percent in
the Minsk and Mahilyou regions, and 0.3 percent
in Minsk.
