Ukrainian Pravda: Militants shoot at refugees with Grad systems
The incident has occurred in Lugansk Oblast.
A group of peaceful citizens was attacked, a Ukrainian edition reports referring to head of the press centre North Anatoli Proshyn.
"Militants shot at refugees with grenade launchers and Grad systems at about 9.40 a.m. not far from Hreshchevoye and Novosvetlovka. A lot of people died. Refugees burnt alive in the cars that were used to transport them. They did not have time to get out,” Proshyn noted.
The number of victims has not been reported yet. No other details are available either.
