Ukrainian MFA expects visa free regime with EU in September 2015
The Ukrainian MFA expects that Ukraine will be able to visit the European Union without visas starting from the autumn of 2015, Ukrainian deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Olena Zerkal announced on TV.
The decision on Ukraine’s visa-free status in the EU will need to be made in May and then the MFA would like Ukrainians travel with biometric passports without the need for visas in September-October, RBK reports.
All the 28 EU members state will need to support the visa free regime with Ukraine.
Ukraine is going to apply for EU membership in six years, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said earlier.
