Ukraine puts army in combat readiness
Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council orders the country's security services and the army to put troops on high alert.
It was also ordered to deploy tactical groups of the Armed Forces in Ukraine border areas in order to defend the borders and territorial integrity of Ukraine, censor.net.ua quotes Andriy Parubiy.
The Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council also entrusted the Cabinet with asking the UN to announce Crimea a demilitarized zone as soon as possible.
