Tatstsyana Karatkevich collects signatures before BATE-Videoton match

Presidential contender Tatstsyana Karatkevich took part in the collection of signatures near Barysau-Arena on August 5. The action was held before the third qualification match of the Champions League BATE – Videoton (Hungary).
The picketers spent about an hour there, BelaPAN reports. Some fans even took photos together with Karatkevich who was wearing a BATE scarf. She has been a football fan for a few years, the presidential contender said. However, she is a fan of the Belarusian football in general, not of some certain club, Karatkevich noted.
Karatkevich will not attend the return match of the Europa League third qualification round (Minsk Dynama – Swiss Zurich) in Brest on August 6 because she will be ‘in another place’.
If the Barysau club wins, it will make it to the Champions League play off.
