Students' village to be constructed in Minsk

A students's village is to be constructed near the Medical University in Minsk. The village will host 9 dormitories for students, an administrative building with an underground parking, a dormitory for graduate students, an entertainment center and a hotel.

The dormitory for the students of the Belarus State Univerisity will be build the first. Under the plan, the first dormitory is expected to come into operation in 2009.

The project, already approved by the Committee for Architecture, will become the first one among the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The students' village will able to accomodate over 9000 students, reports First Channel.
