Sheiman is to blame for “low efficiency”
Alyaksandr Lukashenka criticized the state secretary of the Security Council Victar Sheiman most of all during the report of security agencies about the investigation of the explosion that took place in Minsk on July 4.
"I do not think that you should stay in that position after the incident, Victar Uladzimiravich. You are the first to blame for it”, - said Lukashenka. According to him, Sheiman was responsible for providing security during the event.
Lukashenka was discontent at the fact that the state secretary he had not even seen at the concert wrote him a report. “I know what happened there better than you do”, - said the leader of the state.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka noted that he “had a lot of questions to be answered” by Victar Sheiman.
