Sand was mown before Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s arrival to Vitsebsk. Football agent Valery Isayeu has uploaded the photo on Facebook. You can see a group of people mowing a huge territory covered with sand. The President may see it on his arrival. Probably, grass was planted there earlier.
