"Young Front" activist Mikalaj Dzemidzenka in hospital under police guard

Human rights defender Nasta Loyka has informed this to Euroradio.

Loyka: "Last night he informed that he was in the 9th hospital. They took him there from the center for isolation of law-breakers due to health problems. He is now in hospital under police guard. As far as I know there were some problems - as soon as he arrived there they threatened him".

Dzemidzenka's ally Kasia Halitskaya has visited the youngster in hospital and says that he looks quite good now. The doctors will examine his heart and decide whether they should keep him in hospital for some more time.

Let us remind you, Mikalaj Dzemidzenka was sentenced to 10 days of detention allegedly for "petty hooliganism" on May 15. Raman Vasilieu and Zmitser Kremenetski were sentenced together with him. The policemen broke into the apartment where the guys were the day before, beat them and delivered to the police department.
