Trial against Ales Byalyatski to be resumed today
The trial will continue at 10.00 today in the Maskouski district court of Minsk.
The court arguments are expected to start today. All the materials of Byalyatski's case have already been considered. The break has been announced due to the necessity to attach the materials from the Customs Committee and the tax inspecton to the case. Byalyatski's lawyer filed a corresponding appeal.
Let us remind you, the human rights defender is accused of tax evasion in especially big scope. Ales Byalyatski faces up to 7 years of imprisonment.
