There're 14 opposition members in district election commissions in Minsk

These are mostly members of the pro-authoritative parties and civil associations. Chairman of the United Civil party Anatol Lyabedzka says that formation of the commissions has become "discriminative" for the UCP: only one party member out of ten has been included into the commission.

As for other parties, the situation is a little better: 7 members of the Belarusian left party "Fair World" out of 20 have been included into the district election commissions, and 4 BPF members out of 10. Also, one person from both the Belarusian Social Democratic Party (Assembly) and the Belarusian Green Party, informs BelaPAN.

Let us remind you, the election to the House of Representatives will take place on September 23, 2012.
