Savings bank of Russia to provide 1 billion USD to Belarus in near future
Deputy head of the bank's administration Andrej Danskikh has said this.
The rate on credit has not been disclaimed yet. It will be provided for the term of one year. The financial aid will be given to Minsk against security of 51% of "Naftan" shares. At first, they spoke about "Belkaliy", but the credit terms were changed during negotiations upon the request of the Belarusian authorities, Radio Liberty informs.
