Putin orders to decrease gas price for Belarus
This discount got a name - “integration decreasing coefficient”.
The Russian PM ordered the Ministry of Energetics to define the scope of gas price discounts for Belarus, BELTA reports. Vladimir Putin announced the decision to implement the decreasing coefficient after the meeting of the Union State's government of August 15. The Russian PM underlined that the states should establish conditions for equal competition in the framework of the integration processes. This means decrease of prices for raw materials for Belarus, gas in the first place. The discounts will come in force since next year.
