Poland to finance Eastern Partnership countries

The program is counted for the period of 2012-2015. Special attention will be paid to a series of former USSR republics.

The document prescribes financing of actions aimed at support of democracy and respect for human rights in the developing countries, states RIA Novosti. The major part of the finance will be directed to the EU "Eastern Partnership" countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. Also, the money will go to Kirgizia and Tajikistan.

Part of the financial aid in the framework of this program will go to the projects in East Africa and Asia.
