One more “Dec.19” trial prepared in Minsk
The investigation of Svyataslau Baranovich’s case is over. The case has been sent for trial to Minsk City Court.
According to the human rights centre “Vyasna” the decision where the hearing of the criminal case will take place will be made soon.
Let us remind you that Baranovich has been kept in the detention centre #1 in Valadarski Street since June 15. He is accused of participation in “mass riots”. Baranovich is facing from three to eight years of custodial restraint.
