Ministry of Sports and Tourism does not plan to develop sex-tourism
The Ministry's Spokesman Uladzimir Nestsyarovich has said this.
According to BelaPAN, this is how Nestsyarovich commented on the notorious
statement of Deputy Minister Cheslau Shulha with regard to development of this
type of tourism in our country.
The
Spokesman says that there are monuments of historical and cultural inheritance
in our country and that we practice recreational, rural, ecological and
agro-tourism. Commenting on Shulha's statement, Nestsyarovich expressed an
opinion that it had been pronounced in a certain context. In his opinion, the
Deputy Minister probably joked or followed the lead of the journalists.
