$300K for Lukashenka's website re-design
2 billion 600 million BYR has been allocated from the president's reserve fund to launch head of the state's new portal by late spring 2013
Alyaksandr Lukashenka signed the corresponding decree "On allocation of budget indexes"on December 29..
“Allocate from the republican budget:
3.1. 2600000 roubles from the President's reserve fund to the Ministry of Communication and Informatization (2 455 000 roubles in 2012 and 145 00 roubles in 2013) for the creation of the new portal of the President of the Republic of Belarus."
Only Belarusian specialists are making the portal, the Ministry of Communication told Euroradio. It will be ready this spring.
Ministry of Communication: “The project should be ready in the first quarter of the year. It will come into power either in April or May."
