Lukashenka: Tragic events became litmus paper for some states

The tragic events in Minsk have become litmus paper for some states and ambassadors as regards Belarus. Alyaksandr Lukashenka has claimed it at a meeting with Azerbaijani Ambassador to the Republic of Belarus Ali Nagiyev today, informs a BelTA reporter.

Lukashenka has stressed that he does not meet all the Ambassadors finishing their diplomatic mission in Belarus. He meets only those who have contributed a lot to the development of bilateral relations.

"It seems to me that foreign ambassadors to Belarus have divided into two groups: ambassadors that love Belarus and our people, who wish well to our people and welcome the independent Belarusian state”, - claimed the state leader. – There are other ambassadors but let us not discuss them”.

At the same time, the Belarusian leader noted: “It is like litmus paper – the position of certain states and ambassadors. Well, never mind”.
