Lukashenka: bread industry enterprises will not be privatized
On Friday, the state leader checked modernization of bread industry enterprises and improvement of the products' quality.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has visited the Minsk group of the
bread products enterprises. He has said that the enterprises for production of
basic foodstuffs will not be privatized, and this includes bread, meat and
dairy industries.
The President has stressed that "you
cannot destroy the concrete frame, or we’ll have the same situation as our
neighbors." According to Lukashenka, production of food will remain under
state control. "They [private owners] are good people, but they mostly
care about their own pockets", - Interfax-West quotes the state leader.
