EU's "black list" may be expanded on February 27
EU's representative Gunnar Wiegand, who is in Minsk with a visit now, has told this to the relatives of the political prisoners.

Wiegand has also informed that a session of the EU's Council of Ministers will take place on February 27. Wiegand's visit to Minsk ends on February 10.
