Brest “revolutionists” to stand trials on July 1

The last person detained at the silent protest action in Brest was let off from Lenin District Department of the Interior at 1.30 a.m. According to human rights activist Raman Kislyak, the detained are accused of “Violation of the order of organization of mass events or pickets”. The number of reports drawn up against them is unknown.

The first hearing will start in Lenin District Court on July 1. 7 “revolutionists” will stand trial at 10 a.m. and ten more will be convicted at 3 p.m.
