Ales Krauchenia detained after action in Baranavichy

"Silent action" brought together about 200 people in Baranavichy on June 22. This is ten times more in comparison with the previous action.

 
The participants of the action stood in the central square talking. Plain-clothed agents, city executive committee's officials and deputy heads on upbringing work of educational establishments watched them thoroughly. 


There were many policemen, they behaved peacefully, although there was a police van hidden, just in case. After the action, the police detained just one youth activist Ales Krauchenia. They recorded his passport data and demanded he should delete the photos of the policemen and participants of the action from his camera. He was released without charges.
