Propane-butane tank leaks in Vaukavysk (photo)
Nobody was injured during the accident. Railway traffic proceeds without delays.
The incident occurred at the railway station Vaukavysk-Central at about 2 p.m. on November 5. A tank with 38 tons of propane-butane leaked there. The orifice was about 2 millimeters.
Rescuers arrived there and applied a bandage to the tank. Then it was transported to a safe place. It was delivered to Lasosna railway station for gas transfer later.
The local trains were not delayed and nobody was injured, the ECM press service reports.
