Patriots’ case: Charges pronounced to historian Alyaksandr Zimnitski

Гісторыку Аляксандру Зімніцкаму выставілі абвінавачванне па “справе патрыётаў”

Historian Alyaksandr Zimnitski has been accused of ‘preparation and financing of mass riots’ or the so-called ‘patriots’ case’, his friends told Euroradio.

Similar charges were pronounced to the other 16 persons involved in the patriots’ case earlier. The same charges were pronounced to Victar Danilau and Andrei Dundukou on April 5. 9 out of 29 persons involved in the case are at large now.

Alyaksandr Zimnitski, 25, worked at the National History Museum and was an aspirant of the Republican Higher School Institute. An air pistol was found in his flat during a search. However, the possession of air pistols is not a law violation.
