Patriarch Kirill to visit Minsk

Vice PM Anatol Tozik has informed about it. Head of 15 local Orthodox churches have also been invited to Minsk, he noted.

About 10 thousand people are expected to take part in the festive events in the Belarusian capital. The liturgy will take place in the open air near Nyamiha Street.

Patriarch Kirill will stay in Minsk until July 30 inclusive, BELTA reports.

 The Patriarch of Patriarch of Moscow and all Rus' visited Belarus on October 2012. He took part in the consecration of the monument to Patriarch Alexi II.
