Parliamentary elections taking place on Saturday in Latvia
Elections of Saeima-the Latvian Parliament are taking place on Saturday. 13 parties and associations participate in them. It is necessary to get 5% of the votes of people who has come to the voting points to make it to the Parliament. RIA Novosti states that there is no such concept as voter turn-out in Latvia so the elections will be considered in force in any case. According to the opinion polls, the association "Center of Consent" has considerable chances to win. Approximately 20% of the population support this political force.
