Contact lost with OSCE mission in Donetsk area
Ukraine officials suspect the OSCE observers may be kidnapped by terrorists, according to Evgen Perebiynis from Ukrainian MFA.
There is no contact with the OSCE verification mission wich has been in Ukraine under the Vienna Document, Perebiynis said. Officials are checking reports about their possible abduction by terrorists.
“If this is confirmed, it will mean that the errorists have committed an outrageous crime and violated the OSCE principles. It will result in reaction from Ukraine and the international community,” UNIAN quotes Perebiynis as saying.
