Opposition will address to the PACE speaker with a common message
This was informed to the European Radio for Belarus by the Chairman of the United Civic Party Anatol Liabedzka. The meeting of the opposition with the PACE speaker is to take place on August 24. The leader of the United Civic Party is going to address to the Head of the PACE sub-committee on Belarus Sinika Hurskeinen with a common message during the meeting. The position stated in the document will be agreed with the leaders of political parties and movements. Liabedzka: "We will come to this meeting with a common message. We have prepared a project of a corresponding document. Now we are sending it to the leaders of political parties and movements in order to agree upon the common position. I hope, tomorrow we will elaborate a common approach. The main priorities of the document are free elections which would give Belarus a chance to enter the Council of Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly".
