Officials denounce reports about massive food poisonings in Minsk

There have been no massive food poisonings registered in Minsk kindergartens, said Mihail Rymza, the Belarus's chief sanitary doctor and the deputy health minister.

The official has thus denounced earlier media reports that several dozens children were admitted to hospitals after being poisoned with expired or contaminated foodstuffs.

Mihail Rymza stressed that "the level of stomach infections in Minsk has remained as always".
