Official youth union in Vitsebsk releases anti-alcohol sayings
Nearly 400 anti-alcohol and anti-smoking sayings, poems and slogans have been gathered by the regional committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union during a contest among the local youth.
Inga Lyalyuga, a teacher from the village of Kastrychnitski, was declared the winner of the contest and awarded with a DVD player.
