NOC keeps silence over Pressball's accreditation

The National Olympic Committee of Belarus, where the popular sports newspaper Pressball sent complaints over one month back over after it had been denied accreditation at the Olympic Games in Beijing, has been keeping silence for one month. In the view of Uladzimir Berazhkou, the editor-in-chief of Pressball, this is a violation of buisness correspondence procedures.

“If it were not the Olympic committee, I would have filed a lawsuit in court long ago", Berazhkou said in an interview with the European Radio for Belarus.

"The Olympic Committee has simply nothing to respond. When I try to put myself in their shoes, I understand that I have nothing to respond. I just have to restore the accreditation. That's it", Berazhkou saide.

Pressball was denied accreditation for the Beijing Olympics allegedly for offending the National Olympic Committee.
