NATO: Russia sends troops to Ukraine again

Russian tanks crossed the Ukrainian border and entered the territory controlled by separatists in the past two days, a NATO representative said.

"We have seen columns of Russian military equipment, tanks, artillery, air defence systems and infantry entering the territory of Ukraine,” BBC quotes American general, Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO Allied Command Operations Philip Breedlove.

The general did not say how much equipment was there. However, NATO’s information coincides with the reports made by the OSCE, he noted. The OSCE noticed columns of 43 APCs without any markings heading for Donetsk on November 11.

The Russian Ministry of Defence refuted this information. “Regular reports about the presence of Russian troops in Ukraine have never been proved,” Russia said.
