National qualification system to appear in Belarus
A national qualification system will appear in our country. It is planned to increase the role of a common worker during the financial crisis. STV reports that the system provides for a completely new way of re-qualification of specialists, creation of a national data base of young and talented skilled workers and an effective study of demand and supply in the labour market. Accoridng to marketing scientists, it will help realize the most important trends of the state policy.
