Moscow, Minsk hoped to sign nuclear power plant contract before fall

Russia and Belarus are expected to sign a nuclear power plant construction contract before the fall, Interfax quoted Sergei Kiriyenko, head of Rosatom, as saying.   Kiriyenko said that all documents have been presented to the government. The Russian finance ministry has yet to approve a loan for the project.
