Ministry of Health: Belarusians have already been ill with swine flu!
Swine flu is not a new disease for Belarusians, said the head of the anti-epidemic department of the Ministry of Health Svyatlana Kretava. However, it was not the mutant virus that has spread all over the world now. Ms. Kretava told ERB that Belarusians have already been ill with swine flu before. It has the same symptoms as any other ordinary flu.
Svyatlana Kretava: “Our population has already experienced swine flu. It is not anything new for us. It is another variety. The light form resembles ordinary flu. Do not panic. You can recover from the light form and there will be no danger. It is treated as ordinary flu”.
The flu is treated the usual way. However, if the form is serious you have to take “Tamiflu” costing almost 100 thousand roubles.
