Members of state-run trade unions to get 10-percent discount in shops

Members of the state-sponsored Belarusian Federation of Trade Unions will be offered a 10-percent discount when paying for goods and services produced by enterprises and agencies that are part of the federation in 2008, said Leanid Kozik, the chairman of the federation.
Electronic inserts in the membership cards will possibly be used when paying in supermarkets.

Any member of the federation will be able to get discounts at a cafe, a shop or when buying a resort package and in many other situations, reports Belta.
